Self-performed commercial trades
Everything from stud to final coat.
We self-perform three tightly related trades, so a wall goes from framing to finish under one contract and one schedule. Here's exactly what that includes.
01 — Drywall & Framing
Metal-stud framing & drywall finishing
The structure behind every finished interior. We lay out and frame with light-gauge steel, then hang, tape, and finish board to the level your spec calls for.
- Light-gauge metal stud framingPartition & shaft walls, soffits, bulkheads, and ceiling framing.
- Hang, tape, mud & finishLevels 1–5, including smooth Level 5 for critical-light areas.
- Fire-rated & acoustic assembliesUL-listed rated partitions and sound-attenuated walls, built to detail.
- Insulation & specialty boardMoisture-, mold-, and abuse-resistant board where the job needs it.
02 — Paint
Interior & exterior commercial painting
Coatings are only as good as the prep beneath them. We spec and apply systems that stand up to commercial traffic, weather, and cleaning.
- Surface prep & primingCleaning, patching, caulking, and the right primer for each substrate.
- Interior finishesWalls, ceilings, trim, and doors — durable, washable commercial-grade paint.
- Exterior systemsElastomeric, masonry, and metal coatings built for UT/ID/AZ climates.
- Specialty coatingsEpoxy, anti-graffiti, and high-performance finishes on request.
03 — Plaster & Surfacing
Any surfacing a commercial building needs
Plaster is our specialty — and to us, that means any commercial surfacing system, inside or out, from traditional stucco to modern insulated finishes.
- Three-coat & one-coat stuccoLath, scratch, brown, and finish coats over frame or masonry.
- EIFS & exterior insulation finishInsulated, drainable exterior systems with a range of finish textures.
- Interior plaster & veneerVeneer plaster and smooth interior surfacing for a premium finish.
- Repair & re-coatPatching, matching, and re-surfacing existing commercial facades.
Common questions
Good to know before you bid us
What size commercial projects do you take?
We bid tenant improvements, ground-up commercial builds, retail and restaurant, office, medical, and light industrial. If it's commercial and it needs drywall, paint, or plaster, send it our way.
Do you work in all three states year-round?
Yes. We actively bid and mobilize crews across Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. Scheduling depends on project size and location — the bid request form is the fastest way to check availability.
Can you take all three trades on one project?
That's our sweet spot. Bundling drywall, paint, and plaster under one contract removes handoffs between subs and keeps the finish schedule tight.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — ADPP Construction is licensed and carries commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates are available on request during bidding.
How do I get a bid?
Use the bid request form to send plans and specs, or call us. We'll confirm scope and return a detailed, itemized proposal — usually within a few business days.
